Francesca Galarus
Operational Organization & Strategic Planning
Francesca has a degree from Drexel University in PR & Corporate Communications but has always had a love for the hospitality industry. She grew up in Stephen Starr restaurants and managed high-end venues in New York City, including for Tao Group. Her operational management skills strengthened while operating as the GM of multiple high-volume Soul Cycle locations in Miami and Philadelphia as well as Sales and Customer Service for a start-up agtech company, based in California.
Winemaking & Hospitality
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Nicholas discovered his love of wine working in some of the most notable wine regions in the world. After earning the title of Certified Sommelier through The Court of Masters, Nicholas decided to take the dive into winemaking in 2016 when he moved to Napa, California to participate in his first vintage. Wanting to gain more experience with white wines, he immediately went south to New Zealand to take another job opportunity. Later that year, he and Francesca moved to Philadelphia to be closer to family with the intention of opening Mural City Cellars.
